My stay at this hotel left much to be desired. Although it enjoys a nice location near the beach, my experience was severely impacted by noise and lack of basic amenities. The room I stayed in had no hot water and a broken bathroom door, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. On a positive note, the upgrade option provided a lovely ocean view, and the price was reasonable, but the service fell short with delays.
